Hello, I’m Aerial Ross, Founder & CEO of Abundance Health Network.

With over 10 years of experience in healthcare administration, I hold a Master of Science in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis, certified in Assisted Living Facility administration and currently pursuing a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration. My education, paired with over a decade of experience in healthcare, guides my commitment to delivering person-centered, high-quality care rooted in dignity, compassion, and excellence.
